How did you get started in fitness?

What Motivates You To Train?
The way it makes you feel -The buzz you get when you train makes you feel positive and of course I love the way the results of training make me feel. I put on a pair of jeans and visually like the curves – especially tight, rounded glutes!
Explain your training philosophy
CONSISTENCY: Consistent, smart training, consistent diet, consistent sleep/rest.Knowledge is power. The more you learn about diet and the biomechanics of the body and how to train effectively and properly the more effective the results will be.

Monday: Chest and Calves
Tuesday: Back and Traps
Wednesday: Biceps and Triceps
Thursday: Shoulders and Abs

What is your favourite exercise and why?
Leg Press
It’s my favourite purely because it amazes me that I can press up to 500kgs (12 plates a side) when I am weigh only 86kgs.

What’s your biggest training mistake that you have made?
Over training.
Your body is incredible. If we take the time to “listen” to it – we will know when we need to give our bodies time to rest and recover.

Meal 2: Carb source (rice or potato), Protein source (turkey/chicken/fish), fibrous carbs (green veg), omega 3-6-9 oil
Meal 3, 4,5, 6 same as meal 2.

To compete on the Pro circuit in the US
What would your best piece of advice be to people looking to improve their physique?
Be consistent with your training and your diet.
What is your view on cardio?
It’s brilliant when you want to get your fat percentage low when dieting for a show. I only do cardio in season – as a secret weapon to shock the body into losing fat. Off season I will avoid cardio as I loose weight too quickly.
Random Fact about yourself?
Iv had 2 children and I’m 35 and have won a UKBFF title and IFBB World title. So there is no excuse as to why you can’t get your body into the shape YOU want.
It’s all about how “bad do you want it??”
